You can be authentic! Authenticity is the new currency because after all, what else is there, everyone else is already taken! I Believe that no matter what your current circumstances are, whatever you feel may be "wrong” or “right” you are the ultimate expert of your life, your own “North Star”. Stay rare, most are just copies!
What is your Story?
Life allows us to experience fulfillment, happiness, and security, but as all of us know we also encounter disappointments, losses, and setbacks. Sometimes we can easily navigate through life’s challenges, but other times we find ourselves at a crossroad faced with confusion and overwhelming emotions and not knowing which direction to take. Meta Coaching is about finding purpose through a unique blend of acceptance by understanding what no longer belongs to you and creating a "new" set of tools that will embrace all that you like to become. A new story for you!
Practicing living from your truest nature, being the observer of the mind versus identifying with the reactive and over-indulgent mind gives you power and clear vision. You can break through the chains of past conditioning and find optimal performance and joy in the present moment. You are here on earth because there is something that only you can do! Choosing now as the time to act and being fully present will take you to infinite possibilities as life's answers lie in how deep you are connected to yourself.
I am the Meta Coach for Therapists, Coaches, Healers, Seekers, & Dreamers. I guide clients toward self-discovery, balance, and inner peace, transforming their lives by embracing their authentic selves, their own true stories.
What I enjoy most is working with clients who are ready and willing to dive deeply into their lives and clear out all that no longer serves them. That is willing to let go and embrace a new story. I am passionate about creating a new path with you, for you!
